  1. Put in stock pot vinegar, beer, horseradish and sugar
  2. Bring to a boil and blend with immersion blender
  3. Add mustard powder can by can, blending thoroughly each time
  4. Add cornstarch-water slurry, blend, and simmer 5 minutes
