  1. Add salt and rough chopped potatoes to big pot, and water to cover, and by enough potatoes, it is meant enough to fill the pot
  2. Boil approx. 1 - 1.5 hours
  3. In a separate sauce pot place caraway, butter, heavy cream, sour cream, sauerkraut and bring to a boil
  4. In floor mixer, add liquid to drained potatoes
