  1. Place one full 3rd pan of cooked farro in a big tub
  2. Slice mushrooms with robot coupe
  3. Toss sliced mushrooms in oil and S&P, and roast in oven for 20 minutes
  4. Fine dice onions and saute until translucent
  5. Fine chop tarragon and parsley
  6. Drain and rinse off black beans and pimentos
  7. Puree 1/2 of black beans and pimentos, adding 1/2 pimento can of water
  8. Add all ingredients to farro
  • Add panko crumbs and water to adjust consistency of burger mix
