  1. Dice beets with big chopper
  2. Fine dice onions and mix in beets
  3. MAKE DRESSING SEPERATELY
  4. Whisk sugar and S&P blend into vinegar until dissolved
  5. Whisk canola oil into vinegar
  6. Mix dressing into beet mixture
